Your privacy is of great importance to Nebest COT. We therefore comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation. This means that we:

• Explicitly request consent for the processing of your personal data, should consent be required.

• Respect your rights, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data processed by us.

Job applications
For this purpose, we use your name and address details, telephone number, email address, CV, and motivation letter. We require these because of the contract we may potentially enter into with you. We retain this information until we are certain you are satisfied with our response and for six months thereafter.

Provision to other companies or institutions
Under no circumstances do we provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require it in the event of a suspected crime).

Statistics
We maintain statistics regarding the use of our website.

Social media buttons are included on our website. Through these, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our website. We have entered into a data processing agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they are allowed to track. We have not permitted Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not have Google anonymize the IP addresses.

Security
The security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:

• We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which shield all information between you and our website when you enter personal data.

Data Protection Officer

When our website changes, we must naturally also adjust the privacy statement. Therefore, always note the date above and check regularly for new versions.

Accessing, modifying, and deleting your data

You have the following rights:

In principle, we will comply with your request within 30 days. However, this period may be extended for reasons related to the specific rights of data subjects or the complexity of the request. If we extend this period, we will inform you in a timely manner.

Filing a complaint
If you feel that we are not assisting you correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. This is called the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
